Here is my story

From the age of 7, I was doing karting intensively, a passion that I shared with my father until the age of 12. At the same time I was also a swimmer having finished my career at the Pole France of Mulhouse at the age of 18. When I wasn't in the pool, I spent thousands of hours playing CS:GO while constantly striving for excellence in all my activities.

Unfortunately, my thirst for performance led me to burn out at the end of my swimming career.

This experience taught me the importance of athlete well-being and inspired me to make it my profession as well as to turn to baseball, a sport in which I had fun and where I discovered the value of team performance.

Over the past few years, I have worked with world and national class athletes and esports players competing in the LEC, LFL and VCL, supporting them in their quest for excellence while prioritizing their overall health and well-being.

I believe that by developing a performance culture that values the optimization of their skills while knowing the mental side of their practice and having a good work ethic, my athletes can reach their full potential and enjoy a rewarding and successful career.

As a lecturer, I have had the opportunity to work with students of all ages and introduce them to the academic concepts of performance and mental preparation.

In my classes, I want to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable sharing their opinions and questions in order to understand the concepts I want to teach.

To help students understand these academic concepts, I use a variety of teaching strategies and resources that differ from standard education, using presentations, discussions, and hands-on activities related to their disciplines.

As a coach working in esports, I am constantly looking for innovative ways to help players improve their performance and achieve their goals. One of the most exciting and promising tools I have incorporated into my training is heart rate variability (HRV) analysis.

HRV is a measure of the variation over time between heartbeats, and it can provide valuable information about an individual's physical and mental state. By tracking HRV over time, I am able to identify patterns and trends that can help me understand how players respond to training, stress, and other factors that can impact their performance.

By being the first esports coach to implement the use of HRV analysis in my coaching, I believe this innovative approach can help my clients better understand their bodies and make optimal decisions regarding their training and competition.

Experiences

Having completed three certifications in different areas of performance, including HRV analysis, mental preparation and nutrition.

I am also a self-learner, constantly seeking new knowledge and techniques to improve my skills and help my clients succeed. It is therefore natural for me to continue to educate myself through scientific publications, books and other learning materials to best meet my athletes' expectations.

Whether you are an athlete or an esport player looking to improve your mental game or overall performance, I believe that my experiences and certifications can help you reach your goals and your full potential.
